PistonDAO Garage . (“We” or “PistonDAO” )  was created to build and maintain a rich and vibrant community of automotive enthusiasts in order to obtain, manage and use a collection of sports motor cars in events and global clubhouses, and to give a modern and unique access experience to its members and guests. 

PistonDAO will be using digital technologies to grant membership access for its members, by way of digital memberships. By doing so our community and members are granted certain rewards and rights to participate in the community.

The sale of the Memberships is governed by, and these Terms of Sale will be construed in accordance with, xxxxx, without regard to conflict of laws principles. All disputes with PistonDAO by you or your successors or assigns directly or indirectly arising under or in relation to these Terms of Sale of the digital memberships and investments shall be brought and resolved solely and exclusively in final and binding arbitration, under the Rules of Arbitration of the Governing Law xxxx.

All purchases of any  offering are final and non-refundable.
